Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003

I am replacing a Windows 2000 server running Exchange 2000 with a new Windows
2003 server running Exchange 2003. I want to move both the public store and
the mail boxes to the new Exchange server and kill the Exchange 2000 box.
Can someone or someones give me some tips or point me to an article that will
help me do this. I know how to go into each user and go to exchange tasks
and move the mailbox, but I think there is an easier way that lets me move
multiple boxes and doesn't require that I go to each client and change the
exchange server in its outlook properties. I'm not sure exactly how to move
the public store unless I just "drag" the pub1.stm and pub1.edb to the new
server. Please help.

If you are using the Move Mailbox Wizard you can select Multiple Mailboxes
in ADUC and move them. When you do this you also will automatically update
the User Outlook Profile. This is the preferred method if you are going to
be replacing another Exchange Server. Simply install your Exchange 2003
server in your existing Exchange 2000 site to do this. You will also need
to follow this link to remove your Exchange 2000 Server,
