I added a new mail server on WIndows Server 2003 R2. My old server is on
Windows Server 2003 NOT the R2 version. I have them identically configured
and have Exchange Web Access installed on each. The one on Server 2003 works
fine, the one on Server 2003 R2 logs in and loads some of the menu items but
no graphics. It is unusable. Is there anything different involving exchange
web access on R2? Help!!!!

Did you try to login from multiple machines?
What version of IE are you using!
is there any security options in IE?
can you be more specific in your problem description..
Check these 2 articles, they may help you.

I see the same problem on several computers, including the server itself. I
can still use the web access on the old server from the same machines. I
have a screenshot jpg of the problem if you send me an e-mail I will reply to
it with the jpg. My mail is jmhollis@tejasgsc.com. I am using MSIE
v6.0.2900..... The servers do have self-ssl certificatea and are using ssl
connections, however I have tested both with and without ssl. It is not a
failure to connect, it is a failure to render the useable interface.
