Hi, can you tell me why my users can't copy messages from Exchange PF to
theyr mailbox with drag-n-drop? They receive the following message: "Cant
copy the items. You don't have sufficient permissions to perform this
operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator"
My investigations show that user must have "edit" permission on folder to
successfully complete the operation. It seems to me very strange - user isn't
editing a message, he wants to copy it only!

Alex-

Tell them to do a copy and paste rather than dragging. The drag/drop is
proably movign the message.
