I have 1st class email server and have moved to Exchange 2003. Is there an
easy way to convert the mail in 1st class to exchange. The mailboxes are the
same names. I can have the users use the popmail for the old server and then
transfer control to exchange server, but with 200 users, that is a pain.

I don't know your other server, but did the clients use Outlook? If so, you
can probably get their PST file data into the mail store. Exmerge may help.

Nope, we had them all with outlook express. I replaced the old systems and
upgraded to outlook 2000. I have all the user held (Over summer = School)
email still on the 1st class email server. I want to move it from there to
exchange server

You can export OE to Outlook, and import the PST file to Exchange.
Re the existing mail - can you forward/release it to the new server once
it's up?
