How to Configure Exchange 2003 to Receive Mail from Multiple Domains

Hi,
How does one configure Exchange 2003 to receive mail from multiple domains?

I have a single static public IP address
MX records for 3 domains located at external DNS server mapping domains to
static IP address
Router PAT'ing external Port 25 to internal Port 25 on internal IP address
of server
Exchange 2003 installed on Windows 2003 Active Directory server
