Hello,

Currently we're hosting 4 domains. To keep everything organized I've added
the location name to the users' display name. Example: LOC1_Bob Smith,
LOC2_Tom Smith. This is something we want to show in the users' To: box when
using outlook. The drawback is when emails are sent to the "outside" those
recipients see that display name too. Is there another/better way of doing
this?

Thank you,

Display name = display name. I don't know of any way to make it different
for external recipients.

Why does adding this to the user's display name keep things more organized
for you? I guess I don't understand the purpose. Are you talking about four
domainsfor one company, or providing Exchange hosting to different
organizations?

It's for 1 company and 4 subsidiaries. We want to "bunch" them together.

Thanks,

OK - what about setting up different address lists by location/org? That's a
more common way
to do this sort of thing.
