Cannot reinstall client access

Hi all,

I removed the Exchange 2007 sp1 client access role from a 2008 enterprise
server. I also removed IIS. Now I have reinstalled IIS and the required
components. When I try to reinstall the client access role, the required
components pass, but installation fails every time asking me for the MSI file
for rollup 1 or rollup 2. If I point to either MSI the setup fails anyway.
I have uninstalled both rollups, but still have no success.

This should be simple, but I am doing something incorrectly.
