I try to install Exchange 2007 on our 64bit Windows Server 2003 R2. I
installed all prerequisites and there reside two domain controller in the
network. 1 Windows Server 2003 with SP2 and the 64bit machine. The domain
functional level is Windows 2003, all FSMO roles resides on the 64bit
machine.
We now have to problem, that te setup process stops wit the error message
"Cannot find at least one domain controller running Windows Server 2003
Service Pack 1 or later in domain". I checked the installation with netdiag,
dcdiag and so on, and found no problems. It seems that this issue is caused
by the "setup /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions" command, wich is executed
during this test. I started this command from command line with the /dc
parameter and got the same errormessage. The checks for the roles are
succussful (DCs are cheked there too, and there it works).
Does anbyody know, how we can fix that problem?
