I'm in the process of planning an exchange 2k3 deployment for about 80 users
of which 30 are remote users who never come in to the office. How should
approach setting up these remote users? should I setup pop services or just
OWA?
Also, we have about 20 BlackBerry users how should I setup these users to
receive mail on their devices?

Thanks,
Eddie

RPC over HTTP(s) - presuming they have WinXP and Outlook 2003. OWA for
those who don't. I wouldn't use POP or IMAP if I could avoid it...

Blackberry Enterprise Server....that's the only option I'd consider for BB.

If they access other resources on the corporate network, then VPN is
probably the best answer. Otherwise HTTP over RPC is a great solution. Don't
use POP3.

For Blackberrys, Blackberry Enterprise Server is the best solution. Or just
switch to devices that support Exchange Server ActiveSync.

Just Switch?

With 20 users, that's about a $6K switch.
