How to get VFP 9.0 in french from Canada

Could somebody tell me if there is a way to get VFP in french from Canada?
Also, could somebody tell me if i will be able to develop complete french
version with the VFP english version?

For the moment, it as no IDE in french.

But it's in translation.

You could ask Francis Faure from Dord, (Design or Decline) who, as
reseller should be able to provide VFP9 with the French Ide when available.

As long as I know Microsoft (and VFPT) only allows to some international
user groups (and/or VFP MVPs)to get the tools to translate the IDE,
those groups provides the new DLLs (to support the translated IDE)
freely. That's what happens in VFP8 where Germany and Spanish translations.
