Hi Christian:
If you open Windows Explorer and double click on the dv_foxhelp.chm file,
does it open and can you navigate through it? If you boot the machine in
Safe Mode, does this prevent the problem? If you start VFP with the -A
switch to bypass the registry settings, can you open the help file?
