    - Store procedure Foxpro kept promt me "A store procedure is executing" ! i can't remember what i did, but now i can't issue a "close all". i've tried issue: clear all, release all and close table all. (no luck) worse still can't even quite foxpro. when i issue quit. foxpro seem to show as "not responding" question: on what situaltion will cause this kind of problem ? and how can i resolved this if the user were to hit this kind of problem ?? currently no one else is accessing this database. pls help. I've gotten the code to work well but the view is in a minimized dos style box. I'd like to be in a maximized state. So, to ask a specific question(s) 1. What does the -T indicate? 2. Is there place I can find out all switches besides the @#$$%^&*( documentation? 3.     - Error Handling I have an error handler that gives the user the option of closing the current form and continuing. I am using the Release method of the current form to release the activeform. However, the problem is that even after using the release method, whatever procedure was running in the activeform continues running through to the end of the procedure. When that procedure finishes, the form will be released. The problem is, the user might end up getting multiple error messages before the form releases.     - Suggestions needed on printing checks I need to print checks with a stub. The information on the stub may cause it to go to a second page. I wish to use standard check stock in bin 1 of a printer and place standard paper in bin 2 of the same printer. I wish to print page 1 from bin 1 (check stock) and any subsequent pages from bin 2 (standard paper). I also want to print a signature graphic. Is this possible using a standard FoxPro report? (Specifically the switching of bins). If not would the @SAY method of printing be a better solution? Would the ??? method of printing be the best choice? Is it better to print the MICR and check image on plain paper using magnetic toner (any suggestions for a printer)? or, Is there a third party solution I am unaware of that would help? The trick is the switching of bins. I have tried many ways to do the report form, but the escape sequences are sent to the report (and printing as qarbage) instead of controling the printer. I want the user to be able to (left)Click on a row of the grid to perform a Click method; and to DoubleClick to do a different, DblClick method. I can't get them to work together, even when I increase the _DBLCLICK value to its maximum (about 5.5 seconds). The form seems to respond to a doubleclick as if it were a singleclick. I *am* able to get Click and RightClick to coexist. I can also code for a DblClick by itself. But the bottom line is: I can't get Click, DblClick, and RightClick all to function in the same control or object. Why is this? (By the way, I think the explanation of _DBLCLICK in the VFP 6.0 Language Reference is wrong.     - Data session issues - VFP9 Has anyone come across any quirks with VFP9 forms and reports with respect to using private data sessions? Several of us are running into intermittent issues. I've not yet been able to duplicate it 100%, but I'm working on that. Issue: You run a report from a program, and the find file dialog appears. No apparent reason. Suspend program immediately before report form is run. Open debugger, add set('datasession'). Edit report. Preview. Previews fine, datasession stays at 1. Immediately preview again. Datasession changes, find file dialog appears. Cancel. Preview again, previews fine. Preview again, find file dialog appearrs and datasessions is changed. Every other time we previewed the report, it would change datasession and error out, and every other time it would preview fine. Issue: Modify report. Ensure private data session is not selected. Save report. Edit report. Private datasession is selected. Unselect it. Save report. Edit report. Private datasession is selected. Issue: Create form. Set to private datasession. Add tables to DE. Save. Edit, set to default datasession. Save and run. Form opens in private datasession, even though you set it to default.     - VFP 8: Grids (bug problem) I have a container class that contains a grid. The grid was setup to have specific column names. I set the grid to point to a cursor during runtime. This allows me the ability to have multiple instances of the container using different cursors. The container is loaded onto a form at runtime as the user needs this interface. VFP errors out stating "Unknown member COL_CODE". It turns out, that the grid has lost the names of the grid, and now has the names Column1 and Column2 instead of col_code and col_desc.     - VFP 9 Report gibberish Has anyone else had trouble with SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90 printing gibberish either to a printer or to a PDF print driver? I was able to make the printer work by changing to a generic HP LaserJet III driver, but I still get black boxes instead of text for the Amyuni 2.50 PDF print driver and random alphanumerics for the Adobe Acrobat 4.0 print driver.     - Controlling the Size of a TIF File I have a process that uses the report listener to output a TIF file. It works great except for one thing: The size of the TIF file. I set up the report to be only 6 in. high by 6 in. wide, but when the report is output as a TIF, the image has the actual report (6 x 6) in the upper right of an image that is 8.5 in by 11 in. At one of our installations one of the machines cannot print reports.
We ar using crystal version 10 with the report viewer.
When we try to print from this machine we get an error message which says

Failed to load database information
Details: Unable to load query builder component.

I have searched the crystal site without success, has anybody got any idea
of what is missing from this installation.

Sounds like a Crystal component is missing. Go to
support.businessobjects.com and download dsx32.zip.
