Hello all...

I have two kind of system work in the same "folder". One of this is
programmed in Fox Dos 2.0 and the other in Vfp 6.0

The users sometimes use the old system.

So, recently I recieve a message like this "convert files from 3.0 to
6.0 format?"

What are the diferent between both. What is the answer that I must
give. What format do I must to preserve.

thanks in advance!

If you say YES, the table will be no longer readable from Fox 2. VFP may
still works with "old" DBF but some properties (e.g. field caption, ...
other properties stored in the DBC) or functionnalities are disabled (e.g.
transaction)

To revert back : copy to ... type fox2x
