Any reason this would not work? I have a customer wanting to install a
64-bit Windows OS and is asking if our stuff will run on it. Any input
greatly appreciated. I have never seen any application software branded
specifically for 64-bit platforms, so I'm guessing that FOX would not care.
Thanks.

I've been using VFP9 under XP 64 bit for a while now, and it works fine. I
have not had one single problem with it. I would still want to do some
thorough testing before giving your customer the thumbs up. If you are doing
anything off of the beaten path, using custom controls, custom hardware,
etc., there could be compatibility issues.

Most 32-bit apps could still function under my 64-bit Vi$ta, including
games. They will be installed into "C:\Program Files (x86)\" rather than
"C:\Program Files\". And with UAC enabled, there is still a Public
folder for all users to access.

Not sure about the runtime stuff, but I could NOT get the Visual Studio
6 installer to run on Windows 2003 Server x64 that I use as a test bed
and workstation... If I remember correctly it kept complaining about the
Java Virtual machine but that's probably not specifically x64 versus x32.
