Has anyone tested Visual Foxpro 8 with Windows XP Service Pack 2? If so,
were there any problems?

thanks

Hi Mike:

Since SP2 for XP is not released, I have not heard of any issues. If you
don't get any answers from users with first hand experience, you might want
to post this on www.universalthread.com. You need to sign up for an
account, but it is free.

Are you talking about simply running VFP in the development environment or
do you have an executable? Are you using any COM object or Web services in
your application?

I hope this helps.

My main concern is the executables and the development enviromnent. These
are straight-forward applications that do not use COM objects or Web
services.

The VFP team has posted some test results on their blog. It looks like all
will be well except if you're using CreateObjectEX().

Been using it here for a couple of months with no real problems.
