Hi!

I notice that everytime I open and close Fox7, the spacing between Toolbar
icons in Outlook Express increases. After five or six open/closes, I end up
with only one or two icons on the screen. I close and restart OE and things
are fine.

I wonder if there is something wrong with my setp?

I've seen this happen for a few years now, but I could never reliably
duplicate it. It only happened to Outlook Express, so I learned to ignore it
<shrug>

I doubt there is something wrong with you setup. I would be pretty quick to
blame this on OE, not VFP.

Oh- I can duplicate the status VERY reliably!. Start OE, start VFP7,quit VFP7:
the OE icons have spread out a little. Start VFP7, quit VFP7.........
Good I need not blame my setup: I thot VFP7 or .NET was causing trouble.

Thanks,

Mohan

Doesn't do it for me - but I'm using XP64, and I don't think I've seen this
since I switched to XP64. I tried it in a VM running Win2000, no go. But I
don't disbelieve you - I've seen it happen so many times, I'm not the least
bit surprised that VFP sets it off :)

All this time I've wondered what was making this happen. It happens for me
with VFP 6.0, but not 8.0 or 9.0. I don't have 7.0.

I used to just close OE and reopen it. Then I figured out if I go to this
newsgroup, or any newsgroup, and back to my inbox it would clear up.
