On one machine in our office when we run a report to a
file, blank lines seem to be getting suppressed so that
the page footer appears up beside the detail line with no
gap. All the other machines are fine so I presume it must
be a windows/printer setting. Can anyone give us a clue
what we should look at?:)

Thanks
Bernie

Hi Bernie,

The first thing to try is reinstalling the printer drivers on the problem
machine. Do all the other machines have the same OS? Do they all print to
the same printer?

Hey Bernie,

Just a longshot, but are all running the same version of VFP? We had an app
that removed all blank lines when run in VFP7 that did not do so under VFP6
on the same machine.
