Running Win2k, and I "think" all updates are loaded. I'm going to check
that now just in case. However, I've installed this on one pc in the past,
and am now trying to install on another and it needs the prerequisites
loaded. I tell the installer to go ahead and load, and it errors on the
SOAP Toolkit.

I'm able to install by using the setup.exe /no_dhsl_check option(I think I
have that typed right here) and VFP installs, but I'm unable to edit any
.prg files. It says they're read only, which they shouldn't be. Is this
because of the SOAP problem? What is the SOAP toolkit anyway? And, any
ideas why it's not loading properly?

Thanks!!

I think you're really seeing two completely different problems.

The read-only thing has nothing to do with SOAP. That's an OS thing. Did you
copy files from a CD? If so, use Windows (or a DOS window) to turn off the
read-only setting.

You can download the SOAP installer from Microsoft to get past that part.
