Greetings all,

I have an application that runs fine. Problem begins when the owner change
his laptop to a new one and it comes with Windows Vista. Instead of
installing my application with Windows Installation, I copy the runtimes and
all required files manually. It runs fine on the first try, but on the next
day, the program simply refused to run. I put the data on the network and
access it via UNC. The program cannot found the data. Anybody knows the way
around this?

Thanks in advance,

Willianto

Hi Willianto -

Do you have similar issues when running your app on WinXP
with a "Limited" user acount? See also Doug Hennig's article
