The Help which comes with VFP is always a great place to start. Another free
online resource is at

You'll learn a lot by reading here. Other resources are the UniversalThread
(www.universalthread.com, basic membership is free), and the ProFox listserv
(
http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ProFoxTech has the OT chit
chat filtered out).
Finally, VFP8 is the current version. Intellisense has been added that will
make it much much easier for you to learn VFP. However, it's not supported
for development on Windows ME. That doesn't mean that it won't install
though. If you're serious about development you'll be better off with
Windows XP (Home or Pro).
