From Vfp 9.0 issuing the command

copy to excelfile type xls

creates an excel file. All fields convert correctly except date column =
which becomes "text" type in excel. How can I create an excel file with =
the correct date format.

Shaqman,

copy to excelfile type xl5

(Notice the "5" instead of "s", means a newer Excel-Version)

--=20
Cheers
