I would like to develop applications in FoxPro that make use of ArcObjects =
controls. This would be used to run on our in-office computers that have =
ArcView installed.

When I try to add an ArcObjects control to a FoxPro form, I get an error =
message saying I need an ArcGIS Engine Developer Kit license. Do I need =
to pay for a license to use ArcObjects on machines that are already =
licensed to run ArcView? Or do I just need to activate some license I =
already have?

Sound like you need to purchase a developers license. Running a control is
very different than developing code for a control, that's why they have
different licenses.

What is ArcView?

This isn't a Foxpro issue.

This is a question for ArcView's support.

Do they have an online forum?

It is a Geographic Information System software which uses dbf in the
background
for storing digital and spatial data and drawing objects in the foreground
for showing
graphical maps. It's good for city/town planning purpose.
