Sorry. No, the DL isn't in the RSG. It would require an AD restore. AD
does keep a dumpster of deleted items, but it only keeps a partial set of
properties and for DL's the members property isn't one of them that it
keeps.
So, you could do an authoritative restore of AD, or you could restore the AD
to an offline server and then export the DL membership and re-import it onto
the production environment.
