Hi,

I was wondering if someone can help me. I have exchange 2007 in our
organisation and for some reason OWA has stopped working with both firefox
and IE. People can get to the front page of OWA where they input their
domain\username and password, but when they click on Log on Firefox gives the
message :-
"The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is
redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies".
On IE, it doesnt give any message, it just stalls and the progress bar just
increases.

I have checked the SSL settings, cookies, Exchange server and everything
seems to be setup right via IIS and the management console.

I would be very thankful if someone can help me with this problem.

Kind Regards

John

What happens when you try it from the server itself?

I have just tried to open it on the server itself and it has the same issue.
Where can I find session state option?.

In IIS Manager, look at the properties of your Default Web Site. Select
'Home Directory', Configuration, then Options.

Hm. That's correct. What URL is displayed in the address bar when the
error message is being displayed? Has the server name changed to something
other than what was shown when the logon page appeared?

Does it make any difference if you use a different server name, e.g. NetBIOS
name http://server/owa , DNS name http://server.yourdomain.com/owa , IP
address http://123.123.123.123/owa ?
