Hello there,

I am trying to setup some public folders to receive faxes for each of our
offices, and departments.

I have been able to setup the folders without any problems, but securing
them is a different story.

In my pubic folders I have
/Fax/Office1Fax
/Fax/Office2Fax
/Fax/Office2DepartmentFax

Now I would like to secure them with a dynamic group we have for each
office. However it does not seem to work. Is there any way to set the
permissions on these by group rather than by user. I dont want to manage
each fax folder per user.

What doesn't work adding a group or when adding the group the
permissions are not enforced? Is the group mail enabled?

Well I was trying to use a dynamic group, but that didnt seem to work. So I
tried a security group, but that didnt work also. Said something about
needing to be a mail enabled distribution group, or user.

I thought that a dynamic distribution group would work, but it does not seem
to. The security group I tried to use is not mail enabled.
