We have a SBS 2003 server with Exchange 2003 SP2. We have followed
the instructions given by ivasoft but nothing flows into the archive
mailbox. The user we setup has full rights to the mailbox store with
the mailbox we want to journal and is the account we use for the
identity. It is a member of the domain admins, domain users, exchange
domain servers groups .

I have contacted Ivasoft to get the response:

"Really strange. Try to uninstall Selective Journlaing completely and
set built-in Exchange Journaling. Will it work for you?"

Well of course it won't as we need to use selective journaling :)

Any ideas? We get no errors on installation and no odd errors in the
event logs.

If you run message tracking to the user does it show it going to the
archive mailbox?
