The simplest is wab.exe if you'r users are running xp.
1. type wab.exe
2. click find people
3. Make sure the drop down is selected to AD
4. Search your name and you can edit. Note note all fields are there.
If you can't edit your own info then there is a permissions issue.
You can also look into third party apps.
