    - Excel 2002: Can I save entire web page ? Hi, I need to save an Internet Explorer URL page with 8 screen long and e mail it to a friend who do not have internet access. At present I only could Print Screen and save one sreen at a time onto the Excel Worksheet. Is there any way I could save the full unbroken web page at one go ?     - Need help copying cells into rows with spaces between I'm trying to copy the contents from rows but need it to show verticaly. I need to reference cells by an increment of 1 but because of the spaces between rows when I copy it increments by 4, or 5, or whatever the distance is between them.     - Make Forecasts - How extensive is it? I figured that I would check with the various Excel gurus to see what I have to deal with related to this topic. Here goes: 1) My boss has asked me to help him forecast different expenses for next year based on the last four years. 2) I'm very familar with Excel's various versions (2000-2007) and can do most things. Was recently upgraded to Office 2003 and this function no longer works. No other changes were made to the worksheet. Am now running Office 2003 on WinXP Prof v-2002 sp-2. Have read other threads on this site back to 2005 that discuss downloading xlodbc.exe. Have downloaded this file and extracted all the files to c:\documents and settings\user\application data\microsoft\addins. The ODBC addin shows as available from within Excel. The ODBC connection referenced in the formula exists and is working. I have noticed that the previous user would place NA into a field if the information was not needed rather than just leaving it blank. The document is not protected and the cells are not locked. I can use the work-around of doing the show/hide comment so it displays the entire comment all of the time, but my user does not want that. If I right-click and chose "Edit" Excel just doesn't respond. If I enter garbage information into a clean cell, then add a comment and then right-click the cell and hit Edit it will work correctly.     - Can't sum a series of numbers I copied two sets of numbers based on two different queries from the same source into a spreadhseet. The first set of numbers I copied into the spreadsheet will sum up fine. The second set of numbers will not sum. I tried reformatting the cells as number with 2 decimal places and then when I highlight the cells the bottom right tally shows a count not a sum as I'd expect. There are no $ signs, no commas, etc. and I have already tried reformatting the cells in various different number formats (number with 2 decimals, currency, etc.) and that doesn't help. If I manually type over the figure in the cell it will then be included in the sum total (without changing any formatting). This is a very large spreadsheet and it is not practical to retype everything. Is there a way to reformat the cells which I've not tried that might work? I am creating a huge database, with 10,000+ entries. There are 7 columns and
it is easy to mistake which column is which because only the first 2 rows of
the data base are labeled.

Is there a setting that I can change to make it so that as I am entering
data, i can see what these labels are without having to scroll to the very
top?

Goto the menu Window>Freeze Panes

Rows 1 & 2 will always be visible

To undo it, Window>Unfeeze Panes
