I have a workbook that I can't use the arrow buttons on the keyboard to move
around in. I can only use the mouse to select cells, only after the workbook
unfreezes and allows it. I don't know what is going on here.
Any ideas?

As I am not able to a clear understand that what you need,

- look the scroll loock key.
- if you have hide columns before the freeze panel, during the edition of
cells it will be unhide in blue
