The column headings in an Excel spreadsheet switched from letters (A,B,C,
etc.) to numbers (1,2,3, etc.) This happened in only one of my spreadsheets.
Why did this happen, and how can I change the columns back to letters?

Tools/ Options/ General
Unset R1C1 reference style.

On the top menu of the worksheet :
TOOLS > OPTIONS > GENERAL > UNcheck R1C1 reference style.
