    - Need your help Excel Worksheet/Form I have created a form on worksheet 1....I want to enter the data on worksheet 2 to automatically populate on the form in worksheet 1... but keep a running tally of the data in worksheet 2 which is the raw material..... example: in worksheet 2 column a1, would be the customer first name, column a2 would the customer phone number, column a3 would be the customer address, column a4 would be the customer city, state, zip..... as i enter the raw data from worksheet 2 to automatically populate into worksheet 1 (which I did - just fine) but now my problem is keeping the data in the ROWS column example: row 1 - customer name, customer phone, customer address, customer city state zip (across the top rows) to display in a spreadsheet format.... so that I can see that I have completed this form for this customer... thank you... Please let me know if you can assist me... I know that the form (worksheet 1) will change as the data from (worksheet 2) is enter, and that is fine.... i just want the data stay in the worksheet 2 as the spreadsheet.... so in the future, I can go to row 115 and see the data entered...     - Replace NA with Null - Access 2003 I have a spreadsheet I am trying to import into Access 2003 and I keep coming across type mismatches. I have noticed that the previous user would place NA into a field if the information was not needed rather than just leaving it blank. When this comes to a field that is supposed to be a number, could this be causing my mismatch? If so, how can I replace those "NA"s with a Null value?     - Click and drag How do I make a cell so it can repeatedly be clicked on and dragged over and over? FOr example I want a row of cells on the right that have 10 different "values or answers" and I want the user to be able to click on one of those and drag it into a cell in an adjacent spreadsheet.     - TRYING TO COMBINE FORMULAS INTO AN "OR" FORMULA Iâ??m trying to create a formula that combines and evaluates two sub-formulas and returns a different result depending on which of the two evaluates to true. Here is a description of the two conditions and the formulas that work correctly for each condition: 1. If B1 is â??ETâ?? or â??ITâ??, â??YESâ?? is returned in A1 (otherwise â??NOâ??) =IF(OR(B1="ET",B1="IT"), "YES","NO") 2. If B1 is blank, then â??-â?? (that is just a dash) is returned in A1. =IF((ISBLANK(B1)),"-") What I cannot figure out is how to combine the two into one larger formula.     - Excel comments unable to be edited I have an excel document created in XP Office Pro 2003 where I am unable to edit comments that have been entered into cells by other users. The document is not protected and the cells are not locked. I can use the work-around of doing the show/hide comment so it displays the entire comment all of the time, but my user does not want that. If I right-click and chose "Edit" Excel just doesn't respond. If I enter garbage information into a clean cell, then add a comment and then right-click the cell and hit Edit it will work correctly.     - Search for data and return multiple fields I have a massive spreadsheet of around 8,000 rows and tons of data. Is there a way I can set up a separate worksheet as a front sheet where I can type in the name of a company in a cell on the front sheet and it will search for the name of the company in the data sheet and pull it up along with all the other details of that company? My main issue is that I'd want to use "*" in the search field and that there may be multiple contacts for one company. Is there a way to start typing the text to search for and have the cell autofill from the list of company names? Using the filter option on the main data sheet would be best to find everything quickly, but this is for our salespeople so it needs to be as user friendly as possible and easy for them to print off. This works when the named range is in the same workbook as the sumif formula, but I am having trouble getting the sumif function to work using an indirect reference to a named range in a different workbook.     - Can't sum a series of numbers I copied two sets of numbers based on two different queries from the same source into a spreadhseet. The first set of numbers I copied into the spreadsheet will sum up fine. The second set of numbers will not sum. I tried reformatting the cells as number with 2 decimal places and then when I highlight the cells the bottom right tally shows a count not a sum as I'd expect. There are no $ signs, no commas, etc. and I have already tried reformatting the cells in various different number formats (number with 2 decimals, currency, etc.) and that doesn't help. If I manually type over the figure in the cell it will then be included in the sum total (without changing any formatting). This is a very large spreadsheet and it is not practical to retype everything. Is there a way to reformat the cells which I've not tried that might work? filter the sheet for printing to leave out blank cells (some blanks at the
bottom) part of the border disappears (at the bottom). How do I filter the
sheet and retain my borders?

The issue you have is that the border across the bottom is a bottom border on
your last populated row. Change it to a top border on your first blank row
and it will remain even if the bottom row is hidden.
