printer problems

I'm using Excel 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1)
At least once a day when I go to print something I get the message "No
Printers Installed" and I have to restart the computer.
Any idea what causes this. I have reinstalled the printer and that did not
help.

If you're on a network, I'd suspect some MIS "housekeeping" going on.
