I'm using Excel 2002 and when I print a worksheet characters 's' or 'S
were missing in certain words even though it turned out alright o
print preview.

Can someone assist me with that? I tried shutting down or reseting bu
it's still the same.

Appreciate any assistance.

You could check the printer manufacturer's web site, and download the
latest copy of the print driver for your operating system.

For example, if you have an HP printer, check here:

thanks Debra but that doesn't help either. Printing from other office
products r ok but not Excel though. Tried reinstalling and re-adding
new printer drivers but no luck.

I've never seen anything like this.

If you print a brand new worksheet, do the s's come out ok?

If you change fonts, do they come out ok?

Just things to try (or eliminate) before you find the real answer!
