    - Cannot rebuild Identity Store (disk space error) Ok, so I came across the database limitation of 4gig for your identity store file, when I went to rebuild the database (typical rebuild) holding option while startying Entourage it goes thru 75% of the files, and then tells me it cant proceed because not enough disk space.     - Entourage and Linux mail server We are using a Linux mail server and neither Entourage 10.1.4 running on OSX.3 or Outlook Express on OS 9.1 will connect to the mail server.     - Entourage freezes on "Quit" in Panther Ever since I upgraded to Panther, Entourage freezes when trying to quit program. The window disappears but the "title" bar still shows Entourage. The program also still shows open in the dock indicated by the small arrow pinting to it's icon. Sometimes the computer can end the program on shutdown and sometimes it can't, which it then requires me to "force quit" the program. Has anyone else noticed this problem since upgrading to Panther?     - Entourage crashes after computer awakes from standby It seems that whenever I return to the computer after it's been on standby and go to do anything in Entourage, it crashes.     - Threaded messages sorted by date? When viewing threaded messages, they seem to be sorted alphabetically. When I click on the Sent column to sort by date, the messages are no longer threaded.     - Entourage X Identity not recognized I am setting up Entourage on a new iBook and want to transfer all of my old folder, etc. from my old PowerBook. I have tried setting up a new Entourage Main Identity and have moved my old Identity into the Microsoft User Data folder on the new machine. The old identity is not named MAIN. When I launch Entourage and choose Switch Identity, I get the message "This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage." My old identity was running in Entourage with the 10.1.5 Office X update. The only other thing that is different is that I used it to connect to an Exchange server so I have an account in my old identity that accesses that server when I am in the office.     - import aol address book Is there a way to import the aol system X for mac address book into=20 entourage X. I am running OS X 10.3.1 panther on a G4? One idea I had since I still have aol as an ISP was to send an email out = to everyone in my address book and cc to my MSN account. All the=20 addresses come up in the cc'd email. I can copy these to a text file = and=20 they are easily made comma delimited.     - address book-out of order I'm running Office X v.10.1.4 (with 10.1.5 update) on a dual USB G3 iBook with OS 10.3 (but the problem has been since OS 10.1) along with a Handspring "Edge" w/ Palm 4.1 Whenever I create a new address or edit an existing one in Entourage, the listings are placed out of alphabetical order on my handheld after syncing. The new or edited entries are placed at the beginning of my handheld's address list. and random addresses are placed out of order throughout my address list.     - All data disappeared! What happened? Something really weird happened after I installed several new programs. When I opened Entourage all my data, folders, and settings were gone, empty, as if this were the first time I was using the program, as if I'd never configured it or downloaded any email. I nearly freaked out but remained certain that the data was there somewhere. Turns out it was. For some reason, a 2nd Microsoft User Data file got created in a different location, and that's what Entourage was showing. When I deleted this file and placed the original Microsoft User Data file in its place (I found it elsewhere on my HD), all my data reappeared, thank goodness. I'd like to understand what happened--how on earth this 2nd Microsoft User Data file got created-- to make sure it doesn't happen again. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! I have Entourage X installed when i try to update using
the recommened path of 10.1.2 first and then 10.1.4
second... the 10.1.2 update does not see my Entourage X...
but then if i try the 10.1.4 update it works just
fine...but i do not get the exchange functionality..just
POP still... How do i get the 10.1.2 update to see
Entourage X? Anyone else with this prob? any help on this
is appreciated.

Be sure to disconnect from the internet for updating 10.1.2 if you are
running Panther. More Info:

You might need to use "Remove Office" and start fresh if this does not work.
