There currently is no direct way of synchronising a Motorola Razr with
Entourage. The best thing to do would be to get Entourage to sync with iCal
and Address Book and then use iSync to get all that data on your phone.
Google this newsgroup to find a couple of suggestions.

Ctrl-/right-click the task pane, and the contextual menu should allow you to
create a new task. Alternatively, you can always click on the tiny black
arrow next to "New" in the toolbar and select "Task" from the menu that pops
up. And another way of doing this: File>New>Task.

There are a couple of solutions for that; you can find some tips on this
website: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/import_export/index.html
You should also google this newsgroup, it will give you quite a large number
of posts with suggestions. The easiest solution would be to get
LittleMachines' $10 shareware Outlook2Mac. http://www.littlemachines.com/

Regarding the tasks question, how do I right click on a Mac laptop? I
didn't think I had left and right clock options?

Either use a two buttoned mouse (the better way), or control-click (the
old-mac way).

It might not have been that clear in my post, but I wrote
"ctrl-/right-click", meaning that you should use either a ctrl-click
(clicking while holding down the ctrl-click) or a right click (if you use a
two-button mouse). By the way, the ctrl-click works for most Mac apps.
