You can easily do this if you have an Exchange account. Give them
delegation rights (Tools>Account>Your exchange account>Delegation).

Delegation is one way of sharing. But it gives you more than just calendar
sharing. The other way is to only share your calendar. Go to your calendar,
right click it and select "Sharing". You can give the permission to your
co-workers.If they use Entourage, they can use "File-> open other's folder"
to open your calendar.

Thanks

What do you do when you right click on the Calendar and don't get the "Sharing" option in the menu? The contextual menu just lists "Help," "Open," "New Calendar Event," "Categories," and "Remove From Favorites Bar." Any reasons why sharing wouldn't show up?

Why would I be able to add permissions to one user but not another? Both are exchange accounts - funny thing is the one that works is using Outlook on a PC and the other that doesn't work is using Entourage!

I get the error message - Entourage cannot modify permissions on the Exchange server. There was an error while attempting to modify permissions on the server.

This has happened to 2 colleagues when trying to add the same person.
