By Outbox I think you mean Sent Items (per your subject line).
Go to Tools > Accounts and edit your .Mac account.
Go to the Advanced tab and check your "Store sent messages in this
IMAP folder" setting. By unchecking this box, sent messages will
appear in your Entourage Sent Items folder. If you check this box and
configure it properly, sent messages will be stored on the .Mac server.
