Hi, does anyone know how to reply with an automatic treatment of my
reply text. For example, the person writes me:

How do i do this in entourage?

And I reply:

Michael Cerda said: You do it this way

----
What I'm looking for is a way to auto insert the "Michael Cerda said"
part and perhaps even indent my reply to make it stand out.

Thnks

Under the Entourage menu choose Preferences. Then select Reply & Forward
under Mail and News Preferences. You will find separate settings called Mail
Attribution and News Attribution.

Turn Mail Attribution on and change the attributes in the field to match
your wish. It should be pretty self-explanatory. (I'm using Office 2004 by
the way.)
