My Mac mail let me make a "reply to" field on my outgoing mail message so I could list my department's email instead of my personal email. This is needed so clients can notify department of events, etc. How do I do this in Entourage? Our IT dept has made everyone change over, so far I'm NOT happy.

Thanks for the reply, I finally found out it worked after trying it & sending a test email. Nothing changes in outgoing message, still does not allow person replying to easily reply to my department list address. I'll try making a new signature to alert recipients to use dept. email instead of my personal email; I'm sorry about the BIG DOWNGRADE of mail services our department has made from Mac Mail to entourage.

Why don't you just set up your department's account in Entourage and
send from that?
