All the entries in your address book will be available for matching the text
you type in the address book fields, in addition, recent addresses you have
sent to or received from will also be available, if you have this turned on
in the prefs (this is on by default)

Those are the system scripts folders. Before those were invented, entourage
had it's own script folder (the black scroll item just to the right of the
Help menu)
To put things in there, you put them in the 'Entourage Script Menu Items'
folder in you 'Microsoft User Data' folder in you documents folder.
