Another possible workaround is to convert the message to plain text.
Open the message, and in the Message menu, click on "Edit Message".
Entourage will ask if you want to turn off HTML formatting; reply Yes
or OK. What should happen is the plain text version of the message will
appear.
I had this problem with two different sources of HTML mail. It was a
problem with the formatting of their messages, and they were able to
force Entourage to use a different method of processing their HTML by
adding a dummy table to the start of their message, like this:
<html>
<table></table>
If you can communicate with the sender of the message, and they are
willing to try this solution, it might work for you. The dummy table
will literally have no effect for anyone else; it will only affect
Entourage 2008 users.
