printing issues with contacts in entourage 2004

Hello,

If I try to print a contact (from within the contact window by
clicking on the Print icon), I get the error 30876 and can't print. no
preview shown in preview window.

It did the same thing last week, but relaunching Entourage fixed the
problem. Not this time.

I checked the Database integrity (no problem) and rebuilt it. No
change.

no other problems.

Anybody knows how to fix this problem.

I have had the same error message when trying to print a calendar. I
too can not print contacts but I discovered the problem attempting to
print a calendar.

It sounds like you might have a corrupt printing form. Delete this folder:
/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Printing Forms/

It will be recreated next time you print something, most likely eliminating
the corruption that did not allow you to print earlier.
