How do I print all attachments of an email in one step? (like in Outlook)

What do you mean by 'print attachments' - just print a list of the
filenames, or actually print the documents? If the latter, what applications
are involved?

In Outlook, in the print dialog, there is a checkbox labelled:

Print attached files. Attachments will print to the default printer only.

Documents are usually MS Word, PDFs, etc.

We're seeking the same feature in Entourage.
