Hi,

My main email acct., which I access using Entourage, is an IMAP acct.
on my University's Cyrus email system.

I have permissions to see a NUMBER of public folders and, for the most
part, I see them.

There are a couple of folders which, for unclear reasons, are
basically invisible to me even though I have the same perms on them as
I have on the others... These 'invisible' folders are at the same
hierarchical level as the 4 other folders I can see... yet, I can't
see them.

Any thoughts on how to 'force' them to appear?

TIA,

Joshua

Click on your account in the folder list. You should see all of the
available folders. Some may be greyed out - you are not subscribed to these.
Control-click any that you want to be visible to you and choose "Subscribe."
