I¹m working with Office 10.1.5 and I¹ve noticed over the last few weeks that
my sent mail is not appearing in the folder marked Sent Items. If I look up
a person in my address book, there is a link to the message at the bottom of
the message but there is no copy of it in the Sent Items folder. The box is
checked in the preferences for mail. Is there something wrong with my
settings, I also trashed the plist from the preferences. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Try this: Download Allen Watson's "Reveal Folder" script.
e%20Scripts/Utilities/Reveal%20Folder%20%5com9.bin>

Drag the script into this location when the download is complete.
Macintosh HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Entourage Script Menu Items

Then, launch Entourage, and go to File -> New -> Folder. Name it "Recovered
Messages". You'll see it appear in the Folder List.

Click the link to open the message, and then go to the Script menu on the
menu bar (the
script icon to the right of Help). Choose "Reveal Folder". When it tells
you the folder name, click OK to open it. You'll then see the full contents
of the folder in a new window.

If you get an error, that could indicate database corruption. First, go to
Entourage -> Turn Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then
restart Entourage holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box
comes up, choose to do a Typical Rebuild.
