Entourage has this nice feature, suggesting a number of email addresses as
soon as one starts to type into the 'mail to' field. So far so good.

But it tends to show addresses (which if I'm in a hurry even get used by me)
that are not in my address book and emails that used this address in one way
or another were deleted along time ago. So Entourage must somehow store all
addresses ever coming into the (Entourage) system to still offer them as an
option....

My question is: how can I get rid of these. Is there a cache file one can
delete to start new or something else?

thanks for chiming in, Karl

Hi there,
the feature you're describing is called MRU (Most Recently Used)
AutoComplete list, and you can find more information (and ways of removing
those entries) on the Entourage help page. Here's the link:
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/glossary/mru.html>
