If the addresses are being added to the address book as contacts that can be
viewed and edited, then you must have a rule that is doing this for you.
If they are only showing up as 'blue dot' contacts in the auto-complete list
when you address an email, they are not in the address book, but just
'remembered' in the 'Most Recently Used' list of addresses that entourage
maintains.
