I have installed Entourage 2004 on my machine and got entourage to =

my settings from Office X. The account settings for Entourage X for an=20
exchange server and Entourage 2004 are the same as far as I can see yet=20
Entourage X works on the exchange server but Entourage 2004 does not=20
and comes up with the error message HTTP error. access to the resource =
is=20
forbidden -18597, any suggestions

forgot to mention that Entourage 2004 does not get any of the folders=20
either but i can send and receive e-mail using the pop account settings=20
instead of the exchange.

I got that error in Entourage 2004 when I changed my primary email address
from the address that Exchange server expects. As I could still use OWA and
Outlook XP before I changed it back, I suspect that Entourage is
responsible.

I needed to ask my Exchange host to reset my "primary email address" on
their server. I had changed it from what I use in OWA.
