I am getting error 5.0.0 unbalanced. How do I fix this. Things had been going smoothly and it just came out of no where as far as I can tell.

Sincerely,

Could be a change at your ISP. I would give them a call with this error
number.

A couple of ways to test for source of problem:

1. Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Test Entourage
there. You would need to create your account settings. This will eliminate
any Identity corruption in Entourage and any conflict in your User's
account. If it happens there it's your ISP.

2. Monitor your network traffic and see if you get any clues.

Test your network with tcpflow. See directions here:

Another application I ran into recently that does the same thing but has a
different interface.

EavesDrop....Let it capture some stuff then double-click any of the lines of
text in the main window to see more detail.
