Update to 10.1.9 and get the workaround for DST.
Support for Office v. X (other than security updates) ended January 9, 2007,
after 5 years. Support for 2001 ended long ago. Even though Apple finally
did provide an update for Panther, Entourage X and 2001 will NOT be upgraded
to support the change.

Not sure why you are getting the error since you have updated. Error
messages are exact, but it could give you a clue. See below for error
description.
Since the original error popped up and was fixed, the error has continued.
Users have found these things to cause the error.
* Seems that enabling Fast User Switching is a common denominator for
everyone who has posted about Error -192
* This error is also associated with printing errors
* -192 error could be coming from the OS. I would suggest checking the
hard disk for errors. Run Disk First Aid, Disk Warrior or Norton and see if
that solves the problem.
* updating my Office suite did the trick. I suggest using "Remove Office"
then reinstall from the CD and update before opening Entourage. Also run
Apple's latest Combo updater. It will overwrite files that might have been
damaged. Several users have reported this fixed some odd problems they were
having with Entourage.

* It has been a while since I've had -192 errors and freezes, but today
they are constant. It appears that the root of this conflict may be a
font problem. I turned on Suitcase 10 today and it prevented the opening
of duplicate fonts, but duplicate fonts were requested by html mail. So,
as Entourage tried to read these html emails, my program started getting
regular 192 errors, blank screens, freezes and crashes.
See dealing with bad fonts:

Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system wide or
If it's your User's folder that contains the problem.

If you could, hold out to Office 2008 or until if/when MS offers a discount
for users of older versions. However, you can buy Office 2004 rather cheaply
on eBay now. Just be sure to get a copy from a valid vendor. Many copies are
pirated.

Records aren't emails. I know in Entourage 2004 each message is written as
two database items. Entourage X probably did the same thing.
Dave Cortright, an Entourage developer, explains it this way: An email or
news message is actually TWO database items, and for anyone with near a
million Entourage objects (messages, contacts, events, etc.), they will
almost all be messages - the other stuff will be "loose change". So the
limit is effectively just under 1 million messages. Entourage will notify
you if you ever approach the limit.

Error -192
The script could not run. End of file was reached.
or
The script could not be run. An error has occurred(-192)
This was fixed in the update Office 10.1.2
The -192 error is a problem with a file's resource fork, and so could apply
in more than one scenario. Where scripts are involved this is usually
because they're trying to run one of Jaguar's data fork scripts in a pre-SR1
Entourage.

Please let me know if you find a solution to your problem.
